An extra long session for people who have received already, preferably 5 or more transmissions. For new beginners, please try an hour long session first.
There is less emphasis on introduction and explanation of the process and more discussion on the co-creation of the energetic field that appears in the container. Because everyone in the session has already initiating themselves in the experience before, the ability to receive, surrender, amplify, and expand the energy through you and the group exponentially grows.
The 90 minute session can have more of a journey-like-feel with multiple chapter or peaks, but that, of course is not always the case. Every time is a different experience. The energy still meets you where you are and gives you exactly what you need.
