NOCHI Together is a global supper club and virtual cooking class series designed to spark inspiration and help you create flavorful, original meals. Our interactive classes emphasize essential techniques, adaptable recipes, and a wide range of cuisines, inviting you to virtually visit New Orleans and turn your kitchen into a culinary school alongside folks from 45+ states and 10+ countries. Classes are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis; the New Orleans Culinary &amp; Hospitality Institute is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and all proceeds support our programs and community initiatives.
