About this event

This interactive training will highlight the TimeTracking business process ensuring participants understand the payroll schedule and how it impacts their valuable role as employee, manager, or timekeeper.

Participants will learn how to enter time, submit timesheets, and make time off requests in GMS according to the payroll schedule. We will also demonstrate the manager/time keeper's role in approving timesheets and time off requests and the impact on employees when the payroll schedule is not followed. The training will also provide step-by-step job aids, university policy, and other resources to support the TimeTracking process and will ensure employees have a clear path to support should they encounter any issues.

The Zoom Link will be provided within an Eventbrite confirmation of registration email.

Please contact us at learning@georgetown.edu if you have any questions.
