Glow in the Dark
Join us at dusk for a journey in connection with nature as part of the M.FEST !
GLOW IN THE DARK - Connect to nature through your senses
We are delighted to join the very first M.FEST with a special outdoor event on Thursday 2nd March, from 7.30pm to 9pm.
Through sensory activities in a local woodland, we will tune into ourselves and what the trees and the sky have to offer. We will activate our senses as we slowly enter the darkness, and allow ourselves to integrate and be part of the natural world.
This is a fully outdoor event taking place in Rusheen Bay woods. Bring a yoga mat, and warm and comfortable clothes. The exact meeting location will be shared after booking. Suggested donation €5.
Please contact lostinnatureireland@gmail.com if you have any specific questions or requirements.
M.FEST is a unique multidisciplinary arts festival seeking to challenge taboos around women's health.
