Join the dance, join the flow, join our GLOW FLOW event on the second Saturday of every month @ Sotto Terra!
Our resident DJ, Kenny Lectro, will be providing curated sounds while Darcie StarSeed leads us in a 60 minute guided movement session, leading into Kenny‘s LIVE DJ set for the remainder of the event.
This is a *Black Light enhanced Dance Party* so be sure to wear black light reactive clothing (neons, whites, pastels).
MUST BYO: your own yoga mat
If desired, please bring your own towel, blocks, meditation pillow
*we highly encourage bringing your own reusable water bottle to minimize waste*

PARKING: we recommend ride sharing, but if you drive, there is free parking along Goodale St (West of Sotto Terra), as well as metered parking on Neil Ave & on Dennison (East of Sotto Terra).
