“The only way to make sense of change (LIFE) is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.” - Alan WattsJoin the dance, join the flow, join our GLOW FLOW event on the second Saturday of every month @ Sotto Terra!Our resident DJ, Kenny Lectro, will be providing curated sounds while Darcie StarSeed leads us in a 60 minute guided movement session, leading into Kenny‘s LIVE DJ set for the remainder of the event.This is a *Black Light enhanced Dance Party* so be sure to wear black light reactive clothing (neons, whites, pastels).MUST BYO: your own yoga matIf desired, please bring your own towel, blocks, meditation pillow*we highly encourage bringing your own reusable water bottle to minimize waste*Schedule:Doors open @ 12:00pmGuided Movement: 12:45 - 1:45pmLive DJ Set: 1:45 - 3:30pm#SeeYouAtSotto PARKING: we recommend ride sharing, but if you drive, there is free parking along Goodale St (West of Sotto Terra), as well as metered parking on Neil Ave &amp; on Dennison (East of Sotto Terra).
