Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Yes. Email us the name and transaction number of the original buyer along with the name and contact email address of the guest who will attend. The guest should bring the original ticket to the event.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No children under age 10 please. Guests under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Photo ID is recommended, but not required.

Will tickets be sold at the door?

No.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, it is OK. You can email us the name of the buyer and the name of the guest who will attend, in case of any question, but it is not required.

Will I receive printed tickets?

Eventbrite will email you with your tickets as an attachment. If you do not see the email message within 24 hours, check your Spam folder, and if you still do not see it, email us and we will re-send it.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, if possible. Or have the tickets on your smartphone when you check in. Your name will also be on the guest list at the door.

Is there a dress code for guests?

Dress code is formal attire (black tie, suit and tie, evening gown, cocktail dress, etc.). Absolutely no sneakers, jeans, flip flops, ballcaps, shorts, etc.

How are seats assigned?

Seats are assigned at the door. All seats give a good view of the proceedings. Front row ticket buyers are guaranteed a seat at at front row table. Unless you have purchased a table, you will share a table with other guests.

My friends and I bought tickets separately, can we be seated together?

You will have the best chance to sit together if you arrive together. You can email our office in advance with the names of the guests and we will alert our door staff that you would like to be seated together.

How early should I arrive?

Check in starts at 6:30 pm (subject to minor change).

How long is the event?

The event ends around midnight.

Can I take photos?

Discreet photo taking is allowed.
