And as remote working is becoming the norm, companies are looking to implement tighter security controls to protect these new operating models. Women are highly underrepresented in the cybersecurity field. Closing the gender gap in cybersecurity would help boost the US economy by $30B, according to recent reports. We believe that encouraging more women to consider a career in cybersecurity and providing them with the education and support to embark on and thrive on this career path will not only benefit them as individuals, but will also favor organizations and the global economy.
