Global Bites: A Culinary Journey - Baking and Travel Through Food Class - 6th to 9th graders
Join us for an exciting culinary adventure at Gale Ranch Middle School! In this hands-on class, you will explore the world of baking and travel through food. Discover the flavors and techniques from different cultures as we whip up delicious treats together.
In this class, you will learn how to create mouthwatering delicacies from various countries. You will also learn and practice baking basics with new and varied projects each day, practice measuring and mixing techniques, as well as presentation skills. We will discuss the chemistry behind the recipes and will get to sample and bring home your creations.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL: The health and safety of our students, staff, their families, and the community at large is our top priority. SRVEF follows the guidelines set by Contra Costa Health Services.
REFUND, CANCELATION, and WAITLIST POLICIES: Refunds will be allowed up until 2 weeks before the first day of class and will incur a $25 processing fee. After this time, no refunds will be granted. If a class is canceled by SRVEF Imagineering, you will be given the option to transfer registration to a similar class or receive a full refund. The waitlist will be handled in order until one week before the event. At that time, if a spot becomes available, the entire waitlist will be notified at the same time and the first to respond will be offered the spot.
