After two successful editions, we’re excited to welcome you to the 3rd edition of Global Agile Tea Time — a space where Agile minds across the world come together to explore challenges, share practices, and build global connections.

This session comes with a small but meaningful upgrade to the format — because experimentation is core to agility.

🔥 New Format: Lean Ignite Talks

We’ve combined the best of Lean Coffee, Ignite Talks, and group collaboration to create a highly interactive and creative experience.

In this Lean Ignite Edition, we’re focusing on collaborative learning and shared storytelling.

🧠 Ignite Talk Exercise – Co-Create a Talk, Live

💡 In the first round of Lean Coffee, each group will not only discuss a topic — but also co-create a 7-minute Ignite Talk.

Here’s how it works:

• We begin with a 30-second pitch round, where participants propose topics
• Groups are then formed based on the most voted topics
• Each group has an 18-minute breakout to explore the topic and support a speaker in building an Ignite Talk
• A 7-minute talk is delivered by the selected speaker (solo or collaborative)
• We follow with quick reflections or questions from the full group

Expect 2–3 topic rounds, depending on group size and energy.
