<H3>Courage means "from the Heart."</H3>
To act with courage does not mean to be fearless. Having courage is the ability to feel fear then move through it.  All too often we get trapped by the immediate survival techniques of fight, flight, or freeze. With our brains on back-up saying "No, Don't do that!" Okay, 
Except, that when Life presents us with opportunity-- that bright shiney apple gets placed right outside of our comfort zones. Oh, great! Now what?
Let's have some fun and train ourselves to take a different route.  
We've got an entire workshop lined up to get us feeling into our bodies. Stretching out, gently. Then taking a wild leap as we cross bare feet across a path of broken glass.
