Description

"I have some feedback for you" - six dreaded words.

As leaders and managers, we need to be good at both giving AND receiving feedback. It is critical to be able to provide guidance and input for success and hitting objectives and results.

In this talk, we'll cover:

  • Practices of giving and receiving feedback
  • What to make sure you do and don't do to become better at both giving and receiving feedback
  • A very important question you need to ask when giving feedback and something to do when receiving it
  • Making feedback a much more regular occurrence
