Engine-4 Co-working Space, GitHub y Microsoft presentan tres días de talleres sobre Machine Learning y GitHub para DevOps. Aprenderás a usar herramientas para GitHub, que son destrezas esenciales para DevOps, y obtendrás conocimientos prácticos de Machine Learning, a un nivel introductorio, usando Microsoft Azure.

Los temas a ser cubiertos el primer día son: manejo de repositorios Git y cómo usar diversas herramientas para DevOps, tales como Ansible (Automatización de IT), Puppet (Infraestructura como Código), Codepipline, y Elastic Beanstalk. El segundo día se enfocará en desarrollar destrezas esenciales de machine learning, y el tercer día en expandir esas destrezas con herramientas que puedes usar para desarrollar soluciones prácticas.

Este evento va dirigido a estudiantes universitarios, sin embargo todo aquel que desee aprender y mejorar sus destrezas está invitado a participar. Se recomienda, pero no se requiere, tener experiencia previa programando en Python y JavaScript, para los talleres de machine learning.

Engine-4 Co-working Space, GitHub and Microsoft present three days of workshops on GitHub for DevOps and Machine Learning. You'll learn to use tools for GitHub that are essential in a DevOps' skill set, and gain practical, introductory, Machine Learning skills, using Microsoft Azure.

Topics to be covered on the first day include Git repository management and tools for DevOps, such as Ansible (IT Automation), Puppet (Infrastructure as Code), Codepipline, and Elastic Beanstalk. The second day is focused on developing essential machine learning skills, and the third day expands on the tools you can use to develop machine learning solutions.

This event is targeted at college students, but everyone wanting to learn and improve their skill set is welcome to participate. Having prior basic programming experience in Python and JavaScript is recommended, but not required, for the machine learning workshops.

What should I bring into the event?

Bring a laptop with its charger for the hands-on workshops and your medium of preference for taking notes during the event.


Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No.


What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Engine-4 has an ample, free, parking space and shares parking with the Rubén Rodríguez Coliseum.

Also, Puerto Rico's Tren Urbano "Deportivo" roadstop is located at a walking distance.
