Geospatial SeriesAre you brand new to learning about geographic information systems (GIS)? This workshop gives you a basic understanding of what a GIS can do. We also look at GIS data types, some fundamental concepts in mapping, and the GIS software choices that are available.All UCR community members are welcome to attend. Make sure to register with your UCR email. Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants one hour before the workshop starts. Participants are expected to follow and uphold <a href="https://chancellor.ucr.edu/sites/g/files/rcwecm761/files/2019-01/community.pdf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">UC Riverside's Principles of Community</a>.
