Ginworld welcome Haus Alpenz to conduct a Lively Brunch Symposium focused on the categories of Gin, Vermouth, and Amari with hands on engagement.
There will be 3 Engaging Seminars:
#1 - Spectrum Of Gin: Understanding The Foundational Principles
We will be reviewing the categories of gin through a tasting of London Dry, Old Tom, and Navy Strength, Sloe, and Citrus and what classically makes these categories important to the foundation of Gin production. Understanding the bedrock of each classic category will provide better knowledge about the gins' application.

#2 - The Fifty//Fifty Martini: A Historical Perspective
The history of the 50/50 has been a wild road. We want to showcase how a particular vermouth with a particular gin can enhance the botanicals in the blend and overall create a better martini experience. A vermouth tasting experience.

#3 - An Amaro Deep Dive: Tasting Through Aperitivos, Genepy, Fortified Spirits and more
Range of Amari Tasting with in-depth conversations on regions, flavors and bitters that make the world of Amari. We will be sampling 8 different Amaro and discussing their similarities, differences, and applications.
We are excited to have Lee Edwards, Haus Alpenz Amaro Expert, to share his knowledge about all things Haus Alpenz.
Arrival for the Symposium is 11:30 am. We will be offering breaks between each of the seminars. Snacks and Brunch will be provided. All the nerdy fun to be had.
