Ages 14 to 17 requires a parent or guardian present during the class. Looking for that perfect, one-of-a-kind gift? Why not give the “Gift of Experience”? Our classes and workshops are the perfect “unique” alternative to a material gift or “stuff” for any occasion! Have a special someone that would appreciate a nice bar tool? Well then come on down, and lets make them one. In this class, students will get to choose 1 of 5 different bar tools to make a custom handle for. The selections are: Bottle opener, Cocktail strainer, Muddler, double sided Jigger, and a bar spoon. Students will also get to chose the wood they turn for the handle. Learn the tips and tricks for turning handles and get the know how to make your own. Class fee includes all materials. All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions Apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation. All woodworking classes are held in a store that sells a wide variety of woods, including exotic woods such as cedar, aromatic cedar and other products (e.g., finishes, cleaners, etc.) that may cause allergic or other reactions in a small number of cases.
