About this event

  • 2 hours

Stroll throughout the Gibbet Hill farm property with forager, David Craft, to learn about the interesting and edible plants growing naturally on the property. Burdock root, pineapple weed, lamb's quarter and so much more. In past years, we have found up to 35 different edbile wild plants during this workshop.

Later enjoy a thoughtfully prepared snack box of crudites, dips, and breads, prepared by one of our chefs.

The class will be held rain or shine on the farm. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather, and wear shoes appropriate for the weather and sturdy enough for walking in and around the farm. Tools will be provided for hands-on activites, but please bring gloves that is your preference for garden work.
