Where do we meet?

We assemble in the large public parking lot on the west side of Riverview Gardens. The staff parking lot is the one directly off of King St West reserved just for staff. Please don't park there.

What if it rains?

We proceed rain or shine. Should there be lightning, we would ask that you remain in your vehicles until the storm passes.

What time should I be there?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your walk to check in with the guide.

Do I need to bring my ticket or device?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please bring proof of payment either on your device or printed out so that we can check you in.

Where do we park?

Please park in the large public parking lot off of King St West on the west side of Riverview Gardens.

How old should a child be to take part in this walk?

That depends upon the maturity of the individual child but generally around age 10 or 11 is advisable.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are possible if requested 24 hours in advance of the start of your tour . Tickets are transferable on a comparable price basis.

How long is the ghost walk?

Each walk lasts approximately an hour and a half .

Is it the same tour for each time slot?

Yes, it is, just a different guide.

Is it handicapped accessible?

This walk uses sidewalks  and paved streets and is accessible for a motorized wheelchair or scooter.

Are there washrooms available?

There is a washroom inside Riverview Gardens that could be used if absolutely necessary.
