The Karen Lipsy Memorial Yard Sale, sponsored by the Greater Farmland Civic Association, is an annual event open to any of the 981 homes east of I-270, south of Montrose Road, north of Tuckerman Lane, and west of Tilden Woods Park on Tilden Lane.
Participating homes contribute $12 to support event advertising, which includes neighborhood signs, online advertising, and the distribution of flyers and maps on the sale day. Each year more than 50 homes generally participate.
The participation fee can be paid online via credit card (preferred), or by check. All participants must register online here to be included in the map and updated on the event. Please note, we will NOT be listing participants' names or house numbers on the map. We will only show the general location of the homes.
