East Cork Choral Society presents G.F. Samson Handel
This oratorio is based on the biblical story of Samson from the Book of Judges. It portrays the life of the heroic Israelite judge Samson, known for his incredible strength. The libretto focuses on key events in Samson’s life, including his love for Delilah, his capture by the Philistines, and his ultimate redemption. It makes for a very dramatic musical performance.
