This is two-part workshop is meant to give you all the information needed to create and update a WordPress website.
Day 1: Build Your Own WordPress Website ($215)
Day 2: Hands-On WordPress Training ($125)
We highly encourage you to attend both classes, but you may sign up for just one depending on your needs. Receive a discount on tickets when you attend both classes. Tickets for the full two-day workshop are $300. 
 
<H2>DAY 1: Build Your Own WordPress Website </H2>
You don't know how to code, but you want a beautiful & professional website for your business. That's where WordPress comes in. In this class, we'll walk through the foundations of WordPress and the creation of your own WordPress website. Using templates and tools that require no coding skills, you'll walk away with your own custom WordPress website for under $300. 
Date & Time: Saturday, March 30 at 10:00am - 5:00pm

This workshop is intended for beginners. No coding skills are required.

<H2>DAY 2: Hands-On WordPress Training </H2>
WordPress is an amazing website tool, but it's often frustrating to learn. During this workshop, you will gain information, tools and resources to help you confidently make updates to your WordPress.org website. Learn to update content, edit pages, and add new site features on your own. 
Date & Time: Sunday, March 31 at 11:30am - 4:00pm

This workshop is intended for beginners. No coding skills are required. 
This class is best for someone who has an existing WordPress.org website or who is simply looking to advance their skills / experience with WordPress. Students with their own website or who created a WordPress website with the Day 1 workshop will be able to customize their website during class. 
The online workshop will be hosted via Zoom. Details for attending the online meeting will be sent via email prior to class.

Kara Buffardi, CEO & Founder of Craveity Marketing, LLC
Kara is a marketing and advertising professional with 8+ years of experience in branding, website creation and digital marketing for small businesses to large national brands. In 2015, Kara founded Craveity Marketing, a digital marketing agency that assists small businesses on their websites and social media. Prior to starting Craveity Marketing, Kara led the creation of large WordPress websites at one of the nation's leading WordPress development agencies. Kara is also an <A HREF="https://generalassemb.ly/instructors/kara-buffardi/15950" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">instructor at General Assembly Chicago</A>, regularly teaching classes on websites and coding.

How do I access the workshop? 
This is a remote workshop hosted with Zoom. We will supply access information via email prior to the event. You will need a stable internet connection to join.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are no longer able to attend but want to transfer your ticket, please contact the organizer at contact@craveitymarketing.com. Supply us with the name of the purchaser and the name of the planned attendee and we will make the change.
Will breaks be included?
We will include a number of breaks during the workshop and/or independent work time during which you can grab a snack, walk your dog, take a restroom break, etc. In addition, a one-hour lunch break is included.
