This is a hands-on workshop where you&#x27;ll learn how to build new web parts and extensions using the new SharePoint Framework (SPFx).During the day, we will also discuss how to architect your solutions to work in cloud environments. For example: how do I access my on-premises resources from the cloud?Make sure to bring a development workstation, put on your best coding shoes on, and get ready to be productive.Agenda:<ul><li>What is SharePoint Framework and is it here to stay?</li><li>Configuring your development workstation for SPFx</li><li>Preparing your development tenant</li><li>Standing on the shoulder of giants: learning from examples</li><li>Developing a web part</li><li>Using Fabric UI</li><li>Adding reusable controls</li><li>Developing an extension</li><li>Architecting for the future</li></ul>Key Take-Aways:<ul><li>You will have written and deployed web parts</li><li>You will have a workstation ready to develop real-life web parts </li><li>You will learn ways to build SharePoint solutions faster</li><li>SharePoint Framework isn&#x27;t scary.
