The <a href="https://www.nsf.gov/funding/pgm_summ.jsp?pims_id=503214" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">National Science Foundation&#x27;s CAREER</a> award is one of the most prestigious early career investigator awards in the country. It’s also one of the most competitive.For UC Davis researchers interested in submitting to this popular program, the Interdisciplinary Research Support team is offering this info session as part of it&#x27;s annual NSF CAREER Prep Program, a collection of workshops, proposal development resources, and 1:1 support services designed to give prospective applicants the insider knowledge and personalized support they need to succeed. In this session, participants will engage in a high-level overview of the CAREER program, looking at the unique requirements for successful proposals and the most common reasons proposals are not selected for funding. The University&#x27;s CAREER experts will be on hand to emphasize the resources available for developing CAREER proposals: providing templates, checklists, and other hard-copy documents to help applicants get started.Please note: only UC Davis affiliates are eligible to attend this event.
