About this event

  • Event lasts 4 hours

Getting Selfish is a 4-hour in-person workshop meant to help you build a solid foundation for self-advocacy by giving you the tools and time to connect with yourself on a deeper level. You and the rest of the cohort will form a sense of purpose by getting in touch with a future version of yourself who is living in alignment with your core values and is accomplishing what you want to. Then, you will form clarity by identifying and pressure testing those core values. From there, you will learn the power of “yes” and “no,” and apply a framework to help them get clear about value statements, boundaries, goals, and potential detours. Finally, you and the cohort will build and practice a couple of tactical communication skills for healthy, powerful self-advocacy.

At the end of this action-packed, hands-on four hours, you'll walk away with clarity, purpose, skills you can use now, and motivation to bring your life more into alignment with your true self.

Join us at Orangily and enjoy a beautiful space and wide selection of exciting non-alchoholic beverage options available for purchase!
