Our enthusiastic, experienced instructor will lead you into an awesome workout so you can burn calories and get in shape while enjoying live music with our very own DJ! This class is like none other! For one hour you get to put everything else aside and FOCUS on you! THIS IS YOUR SELF-CARE time so enjoy it! We are all about POSITIVE energy and GOOD VIBES so come VIBE with us!

TRAINER’S RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I. THE PARTIES. This is informed Consent and Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability (“Release”) made between Liza Jackson, Step and Move LLC and Applied Pressure Boxing Gym and Spike Francois dba DJthirtyone Twentyseven.
II. GYM. The Coach, Liza Jackson, is not affiliated with any other entity and is acting on their own behalf.
III. INFORMED CONSENT. The Client acknowledges, certifies, and accepts the following:
Physical Condition. I confirm that I am of adequate physical condition and can participate in exercise despite any current medical conditions that I may possess.
Assumption of Risk. I assume the risk of physical injury from any advice, instruction, or action conducted during or as a result of a Session with Liza Jackson.
Reporting Discomfort. If I experience any discomfort, distress, or uncomfortable feelings, I will immediately bring that to the attention of Liza Jackson.
Indemnification. I will NOT hold Liza Jackson, Step and Move LLC, Applied Pressure Boxing Gym, or any other entity or individual connected to them, either directly or indirectly liable for any result from this Session.
Media. I consent to allow video recording and photo capturing of myself during this Session and understand that it may be used for promotional purposes.
Responsibility. I, the Client, assume all responsibility for a Client’s participation in this Session.
