At Mojo Muses, we give women the information, tools, and support they need to have the best sex, health, and power they've ever experienced.We start with a one-day experience to break you out of your routine, get you psyched, help you set a goal, and connect you with other people who can help get you there.We don't want to give away all the surprises, but the one-day experience isn't like any workshop you've been to before. We believe in mind-blowing experiences, great music, inspiring speakers, and fun opportunities for meeting new like-minded friends. The day consists of some learning (about sex, health, or power), figuring out what you want to shake up in your life, and fun, out-of-the-ordinary social time to meet and hang out with like-minded, awesome women.How you use the experience is up to you: You can just check the day out, have fun, and be done. You can connect with on-going small groups of women in your community to keep working on your goals after it's over. Or, you can get personalized one-one-one support from professionals. It's up to you.

It's 2017 ladies, you need to be strong and centered. 
Start off with a meditation practice session to get you centered. Don't worry, Yogis and Newbies will both be comfortable.
Then, it's time for some real talk about your pelvic floor. We'll take a look at pelvic anatomy and function and share tips on strengthening this critical part of our bodies. Every woman can benefit from a stronger pelvic floor, but if you experience leaking urine when you sneeze, incontinence, prolapse, painful periods or intercourse, or pelvic trauma, don't miss this one. TMI? Nah, just the info you need to get a stronger pelvic floor in a supportive (and fun!) environment. 
Mojo Muses knows that women are stronger when we support each other, so we end the day with a mixer you won't forget. Oh yeah, did we mention the tea and chocolates? And the pop-up shop for Revel athletic wear?
