Want some communal motivation to try to get those lingering projects cracked? 
I’m organising a one or two day “hackathon” (doesn’t have to be digital work) where a few people get together with their own projects / workload and try to get one of those lingering jobs cracked. This isn't really a networking event, and there won't be any classes on motivation, time management or anything like that. You'll also have to solve your own problems. It’s a day for dedicated individual work to get your own projects cracked. Other people working on their own projects will help to create an atmosphere of motivation, and can offer moral support. 
I’m going to be working on finalising a digital project, but it can be anything: sorting out your marketing, setting up an accounts system, writing a chapter of your book, knitting a jumper for someone’s Christmas present - I don’t care.
