About The Event | Get A Workout and Support A Good Cause!Join us for a 45-minute workout event presented by Christina Osborne owner of Find Yourself In Fitness. The Get In Shape Event, produced by Ebony Edwards owner of the EWE Agency will feature an array of women interested in working out for a cause. The outdoor fitness class will be taught by Christina Osborne who believes in bringing women together by finding their inner fit levels and confidence. The class will feature a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Partial proceeds will go towards a local family. F.Y.I.F will provide gift cards from Wholefoods and other local markets to give back to a family in need of a wellness makeover. Your gift will leave an enduring legacy that will improve the lives of women and children in the community. Squad up and make it a FIT day! This will be the best networking workout event ever.Requirements:*Sneakers required*All levels welcome*Participants should bring their own yoga mat (preferably all black mat)*MANDATORY - Please wear a red work out top and black bottoms (This event will be taped)www.findyourselfinfitness.com
