<p>How do you get free? By unearthing your authentic self and discerning, through body, mind and spirit connections the difference between clear and divine alignment and internal and external systems of oppression.  Getting free is a hero’s journey.  A journey that each of us must embark on.  In this workshop we explore, through somatic awareness, creativity and contemplative practices how to get be on that journey mindfully and joyfully! </p><p>This workshop is open to all people and being offered on a sliding scale from $100 - $240 for a four hour session.</p>
