CAN I BRING MY CAMEL-BAK, HYDRATION PACKS AND EMPTY WATER BOTTLES?

Camel-baks or hydration packs are allowed; they must be less than 3 compartments, they do not have to be clear. Empty water bottles are allowed, they must be plastic. No Metal or Aluminum water bottles. Camel-baks or hydration packs must be empty upon arrival. There will be water refill stations and

WHERE CAN I STORE MY ITEMS?

Lockers are available to rent. You can pre-purchase (click tickets and scroll down to the add on section) or you can rent a locker inside the event.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO ARRIVE?

Arrive to the venue much earlier than your first set time you want to see, to allow time for parking and getting through the entry gates. The busiest hours will be 6:00pm- 8:00pm.

WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH PARKING?

Parking is $20 per car per day. Parking is first come first serve. The main parking lot at the Utah State Fairpark is located at 1098 W 200 N Parking Lot.The secondary lot that will open once the main lot has been filled is located at 1137 W. North Temple.

CAN WE PARK A LIMO, RV, CAMPER, SPRINTER VAN IN THE LOT?

No, oversized vehicles are not allowed to park in the parking lot. You can be dropped off by a limo, RV or Sprinter Van at the rideshare drop off location. located on 300 N on the North side of the fair park.

CAN I TAILGATE/DRINK/HANGOUT IN THE PARKING LOT

No. There is absolutely no tailgating/drinking/hanging out in the parking lot. Security and police officers will be roaming the lot. Once you park, head inside the festival!

WILL UBER, LYFT, TAXI CABS PICK UP AT THE VENUE?

Yes. Uber, Lyft, Taxi cabs and other ride shares options will pick up at the venue. A rideshare (Uber/Lyft) drop-off/pickup is located on 300 N on the North side of the fair park.

IS THERE CAMPING AT THIS FESTIVAL?

No. RV’s or Camp trailers are not allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots. There is a KOA near the festival grounds.

WHERE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR HOTEL?

The Utah State Fairpark is located just west of downtown Salt Lake City. Hotels near the airport or downtown area are close and accessible by public transportation.

HOW DO I BRING MY MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION?

If you do need to bring a medical prescription in, you can check in with the security manager at the front gates.

Yes, breast pumps are allowed. For re-entry due to pumping in your car, please coordinate with a security manager upon exiting and returning.

Vapes and vape juice are allowed inside. You can only bring in unopened bottles of vape juice though.

Our Lost and Found is open from 4:00 PM until the end of the show each day. Afterwards, lost and found items will be held at the Utah State Fairpark admin building. You may contact them to inquire about lost items at 801-538-8400. Office hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm.

Service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not permitted. Only legitimate service animals that are trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome.

You can print your ticket OR bring it on your phone. Make sure you’ve downloaded the scannable code before you arrive at the venue as service issues have been known to happen.

WHAT DOES A PRICE TIER MEAN?

Price Tiers have no differences aside from the cost. Once a tier sells out the next price becomes available. Early buyers are rewarded with a discount for buying early. We always recommend buying the lowest available price for each ticket type.

WRISTBAND INFORMATION

3-DAY and Single Day Passes will be exchanged for cloth wristbands. Exchange your pass for a wristband when you arrive at the venue.  Once your ticket is scanned and exchanged for a Cloth wristband, the wristband becomes your ticket for entry. Lost wristbands will not be replaced.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO A DIFFERENT DAY? CAN I UPGRADE FROM A SINGLE DAY TO A 3 DAY?
