What is Line Dance Fitness?

Line Dance Fitness is a low impact, aerobic workout and a fun, social activity with friends all wrapped into one class. There is no better time than now to get increased energy, a better mood and improved sleep which is likely after your first class. Whether you have two left feet or are a seasoned dancer, line dancing is movement to music that does not require any skills whatsoever. We teach line dances to a wide selection of music styles, including Top 40, Hip Hop, Jazz, Country and much more. You never need a partner in our Line Dancing Lessons but feel free to bring along some friends. Unlike gym memberships, there is no contract or commitment. Just come to class and join other line-dancers like you for a “this doesn’t feel like exercise” activity.
