Get Fit with 4-H is designed to exercise your body and mind. Using the Mindul Me and Healthy Styles 4-H curriculum, youth will explore engaging ways to keep both their mind and body in shape.
The workshop will be on June 14th from 9 am to 11 am at Amazing Grace Park in Marion.
This program is free and open to youth ages 5-18.
This program will be outdoors, so don't forget your sunscreen!
