Regular walking and running can provide an extensive list of wonderful health benefits including strengthening the heart, stopping loss of bone mass, strengthen muscles, improve mood, blood pressure and sleep. In this session, you will learn how to get started, safe progressions, injury prevention and how to stick with your plan. You will be provided with several exercises to try from a physical therapist who is an orthopedic and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
