Developed by Fitness and Holistic Coach Kylie Tullipan and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Portuguese Rowing Federation Joe DeLeo, this two-day workshop explores three key areas in training:

This workshop focuses on providing youth rowing athletes (ages 15-18) with the tools to take their performance to the next level. You’ll learn how to identify gaps in movement skills, and in your rowing stroke. Over the course of the workshop you will learn skills and strategies that will improve your movement, strength, and rowing stroke!
2 Day Workshop for Junior Rowers 
Keynote Presenter and Guest Coach 2x Olympic Rowing Gold Medalist and 6x USA Rowing National Team Athlete Erin Cafaro.
Saturday July 20  |  1 - 6 PM
Sunday July 21st |  10 AM - 4 PM

Learn Strength & Conditioning Exercises such as the deadlift, kettlebell swing, push up, and hollow body progressions.
