Hate running and doing HIIT? Thursday night we’re getting a little uncomfortable — in the best way. Expect circuits, a short run, and workouts that’ll push you but are 100% doable. This isn’t just about moving your body, it’s about training your mind too. We’ll practice pushing past those “I can’t” moments, finding resilience, and proving to ourselves we can keep going. Come ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and leave feeling stronger inside and out.
