Get Centered: 2nd Anniversary of the Center for Civil and Human Rights

The Center for Civil and Human Rights is an engaging cultural attraction in Downtown Atlanta. The Center provides exhibitions, designated event spaces, and educational forums that share the courageous fight of all people in the American Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 60s, and its fundamental impact and inspiration on contemporary movements for human rights globally.The Center features a rotating exhibition of items from the Morehouse College Martin Luther King Jr. Collection, where visitors can view the personal papers and items of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.Visitors will be immersed in an interactive story-telling experience in each of its exhibits. The facilities will also serve as a hub for ongoing dialogue — attracting world-renowned speakers and artists who work on a variety of human rights topics. Join us for a celebration of the Center for Civil and Human Rights' 2nd Anniversary. Get Centered will be more than a birthday party; echoing the design and content of The Center, this event is about inspiring visitors to learn more about the struggles for human rights at home and around the world - but with a sense hope, commitment, and action. 
A3C has programmed a special evening that will kick off with a panel discussion moderated by Rohit Malhotra of the Center for Civic Innovation.
