Located in Tech Square and in partnership with local governments, industry and communities, Georgia Tech’s initiative on Smart Cities and Inclusive Innovation (SCI2) develops cutting-edge approaches to shaping resilient and sustainable communities through a suite of applicable technology and data applications. Are you interested in Smart Communities? Would you like to see how your city/county/community/organization can get involved?
We are pleased to invite you to the Georgia Smart Fall Workshop on Thursday, September 6, 2018.
The aim of the workshop is to bring together key stakeholders from local governments, government associations, industry, and academic leaders to explore potential smart community initiatives, opportunities, and collaboration. Our Keynote speaker will be Amen Ra Mashariki, Urban Analytics Lead for ESRI. The inaugural Georgia Smart Communities Challenge winners along with corresponding Georgia Tech researchers will present their winning proposals and there will also be a Smart Communities and Equity Panel.
This workshop is intended for:

**Local government associations
**Industry experts and academic practitioners
**Nonprofit and philanthropic organizations
