About Jess Gray:

Jessica Gray is a wellness educator, meditation guide and reiki practitioner. She aims to guide others in their own self-care journeys and introduce different mindfulness practices, such as meditation, breathwork, visualization, and journaling.

Jessica's most popular offering is her sound bath meditations where she intuitively leads her clients through a relaxing full-body listening session. Her passion for sound meditation stemmed from her exploration of diverse meditation forms and a realization of its alignment with her personality and lifestyle. Her proficiency in playing instruments naturally translated into crafting captivating sound baths, and she continues to seek innovative ways to elevate the experience for others.
