About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

The Genomics Compute Cluster (GCC) is a part of Northwestern University's high-performance computing (HPC) cluster, Quest. These orientation sessions provide an overview of the GCC resources available and focus on best practices for submitting jobs and managing data with those resources. Orientation sessions also include some review of Quest command line utilities. This is the registration page for sessions in-person on the Chicago Campus, if you would prefer to attend virtually, please see the other registration page. New-to-Quest users are strongly encouraged to also attend the general Quest Orientation which occurs the hour before each GCC Orientation session in the same room.

These orientations will not be recorded, but if you would like to use the GCC and cannot attend any of the scheduled sessions, please reach out to haley.carter@northwestern.edu.
