This Wednesday evening (12/11), we are hosting a Town Hall at the Bushwick Generator, located at 215 Moore St. in East Williamsburg/Bushwick. The Generator is a 100,000 sq. ft. start-up, innovation and culture hub that aims to facilitate opportunity and economic mobility for North Brooklyn residents. As the neighborhood changes, there is a major opportunity for everyone to take part in designing the future. This Town Hall will be a 2-hour focus group. Some of our community members will share the opportunities they are creating for local residents, but we want to hear from you: what would YOU like to see in your neighborhood tech hub? We will be using a new platform from democracy.ai to facilitate the conversation. Must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent as there will be some filming of the panel. Stop by from 6-8pm, and yes, there will be free pizza for those who participate!
