Featuring CompCord Chamber Orchestra in collaboration with Goddard Riverside Community Arts
plus the chamber orchestra pieces of winners of the music composition contest - one under 25 and one over 65- will be performed: Cat. A (25 and under) - Nathan Bales - 'TheLight' & Cat. B (65 and over) - Frederick Karl Boyle - '(X - 4)'
Performers: featured soloists: Igor Begelman - clarinet, Lynn Bechtold - violin, Daniel Schnyder - soprano saxophone.
Thomas Carlo Bo, Charles Coleman, and Arkady Leytush - conductors; Karen Bogardus - flute; Keve Wilson - oboe; Michiyo Suzuki - clarinet; tba - bassoon; Franz Hackl - trumpet; John Clark - horn; Peter Jarvis - percussion; Matt Zebroski - drumset; Daniel Palkowski - piano / keyboard; Mioi Takeda - concertmaster; Gregor Kitzis, Julianne Klopotic, Sarah Franklin - violin; Lev Zhurbin, Olga Terlitsky - viola; Eleanor Norton, Christine Kim - cello; Mat Fieldes - bass;
Composers: Kinan Azmeh, Charles Coleman, Dan Cooper, Patrick Grant, Daniel Palkowski, Milica Paranosic, Gene Pritsker, Daniel Schnyder, Aleksandra Vrebalov, Dorian Wallace, and Randy Woolf, and the two competition winners.
