General Peer Support for PMDD/PME

A facilitated peer support group run by IAPMD (International Association for Premenstrual Disorders)

A regular, online support group for those living with PMDD and or PME hosted by IAPMD (International Association for Premenstrual Disorders). Sometimes nothing beats talking face to face to others who understand - that’s why we have video support groups so you can easily connect with others in a safe, moderated environment.

This group is facilitated by Leeza and is for General PMDD/PME Support.

Spaces are limited so please only book a space if you are able to attend. Please cancel your spot if plans change and you can no longer make it.

The sessions are led by trained IAPMD peer support facilitators who have lived experience of PMDD/PME and want to help make the path easier for others. Join us for a friendly welcome!
