Ever other month, unless noted, we meet to discuss the work of the organization. Communicate the needs of our community and determine how we can have an impact in the lives of those around us.

All paid members are encouraged to come to meetings.

Anyone interested in the work of the organization is welcome to come and sit in on our General Body Meetings.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to be a paid member to come to the meeting?

No, anyone can come to the meeting, but only paid members are able to vote on initiatives!

Do meeting happen every month?

They are scheduled to happen on the odd number months, except for July 2024 who's meeting will be moved to August 2024 to accommodate the National YP Conference.

What happens at these meetings?

You get an update on what's going on in the different committees, learn about what's happening within AUL, and get a chance to voice your opinion on how things are running.

Do I have to join a committee?

The committees are where the work of the organization happens, so joining a committee that speaks to you is always recommended. But no, being part of a committee is not necessary. This is your organization and it lives and thrives on your willingness to contribute.
