BUSINESS 2-DAY PASS: (TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY). Access the GENAi X Summit, Business Networking Reception, Business Keynotes, and Talks about applying Data Science and AI across all industries with other executives and industry leaders. This pass DOES NOT grant access to ODSC Training Sessions or Workshops.

BUSINESS 3-DAY PASS: (TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY). On Tuesday-Wednesday, you’ll have access to the GENAi X Summit to attend talks and panels on the Business of Data Science and AI and networking opportunities with industry leaders. On Thursday and Thursday, you can access ODSC Keynotes, Talks, and Tutorials, the AI Expo & Demo Hall, The AI X Generative Summit, and The Data Engineering Summit.

VIP PASS - 4 Days (MONDAY(virtual), TUESDAY-THURSDAY, October 28th-October 31st)—includes access to everything included with the Mini-Bootcamp Pass, with the addition of daily access to the Speaker/VIP Networking Lunch, VIP Registration, and gift bag.

FAQs

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, up until 7 days prior to the event. Email info@odsc.com with your full name, email address, and the full name, email address, company name, and title of the person to whom you are transferring. Please be advised that transfers are not available within 7 days of the start of the event.

What is the Privacy Policy?

In summary, registrant contact information is NOT shared with third parties without your consent. Registrant information is primarily used to verify registration and notify you of similar events held by ODSC in the future. We may share your contact information with sponsors only with your consent upon registering.

What is the Refund Policy?

Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations 60 days before the will be granted 50% minus an administration fee. Other terms apply as noted in our terms and conditions. Please email info@odsc.com if you would like to transfer your ticket. Ticket transfers may be requested up to 7 days before the conference.

Does my pass include lunch?

In an effort to keep ticket prices affordable, lunch is not included with AI X event passes (unless otherwise specified in ticket details).

Please note:

• Ticket prices and availability are subject to increase or decrease, at the discretion of ODSC, before and/or after you have made your purchase, and do not entitle the purchaser to a partial refund or credit.
• Given the nature of live events, changes to specific sessions and/or presenters may be unavoidable and do not entitle the purchaser to a partial (or full) refund or credit.
• We do have a media presence taking photos and videos, please email info@odsc.com if you do NOT want to be included.
• Access to individual sessions is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. The inability to gain access to preferred sessions does not entitle the purchaser to any refunds or credits.
• ODSC reserves the right to expel and/or void the Ticket of any attendee or participant who violates the Code of Conduct.
