About Our Presenter
Michael Heroux is a UX Designer and Researcher with 23 years of experience with several clients including: The US Secret Service, Medicare.gov, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, US Department of Education, FDA, CDC, and Washington State Health Exchange. Michael co-authored Chapter 36: Representation Design, for the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Handbook (Wiley Sep/21). Michael lives with his wife and two dogs in Germantown, OH.
