Workshop Tutor: Sam Waters
Sam Waters, a Shropshire-based painter, explores urban landscapes through process and experimentation. With a background in ceramics, textiles & printmaking, her unique style emerges through captivating layering techniques. Sam's industrial-inspired pieces evoke disused buildings with rich layers, a blend of muted palettes and vibrant pops of colour. In contrast, Sam's floral creations burst with bright, bold colours, radiating vitality and joy. Her return to her creative practice after a corporate career reflects her dedication and brings new energy to her work.

We maintain over 20 kilometres of footpaths, conserve and protect 60 historic structures, run exciting Outdoor Learning and Volunteering Programmes to encourage local people and visitors to engage with the natural environment in a variety of ways.
