Downtown Gainesville

WHAT: Gator Stompin'® is The World's Largest Pub Crawl. It has been a Gator tradition for over 30 years. The Independent Florida Alligator rated Gator Stompin'® as the #1 thing to do in Gainesville before leaving.WHO: YOU, and thousands of your closest friends & fellow Gators. Our last event (Gator Stompin'® 2019) had over 3,500 Gator Stompers making it the biggest bar, nightclub, and/or restaurant event of the year by a large factor. (18+ to attend*, 21+ to drink.)WHEN: The event takes place at the end of spring semester every year, just prior to graduation. This year's event is on April 28, 2022.WHERE: Several bars, clubs, & restaurants, in downtown and/or midtown Gainesville. WHY: You will have just finished a long year of hard work, so this is your chance to celebrate your achievement, along with the rest of the Gator Nation, by stomping all over Gainesville.HOW: First, buy your ticket at GatorStompin.com. MAKE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT NEXT TO EACH TICKET OPTION TO ENSURE THAT YOU CHOOSE THE TICKET THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU. Second, click 'Going' on the Gator Stompin' 2022 facebook event, 'Like' the Gator Stompin' facebook page, and 'Follow' the Gator Stompin' insta. Third, stay posted to all these pages for updates on the event including the announcement of participating venues (when the time comes), the announcements of T-Shirt / Tokens pick-up dates & times (when the time comes), and even TICKET GIVEAWAYS, when available.Fourth, please let all your friends know about the event and share our social media links as well, so we can grow the event even bigger, thereby creating a better experience for all Stompers and maximizing benefit for all the participating venues.Fifth, when the time comes to pick up your T-Shirt / Tokens, please do your best to pick up as early as possible. T-shirt sizes are available on a first come, first serve basis.Sixth, wear your Gator Stompin'® T-Shirt on the night of the event to receive free entry into all participating venues.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Answers to some FAQs:Q: Why are the prices so cheap? This can't be possible. What's the catch?A: The cheap prices that you see are the CURRENT prices, for people who BUY NOW. We believe strongly in rewarding those who support our event by buying their ticket early, and that's the reason that the current prices are so low...for now. BUY NOW to lock in the current price. As we get closer to the event, the prices will continue to go up.Q: Can we buy Gator Stompin' tickets as gifts for friends or family?A: Yes.** Not only can you, but it is the highest value gift for the lowest dollar expenditure that you can buy, PERIOD. The current prices are so low that you can afford to buy a Gator Stompin'® ticket for ALL of your friends. Give them their gift for the holidays and then they will get to look forward to the experience for months leading up to the event AND then also have a shirt that they will be able to wear for years to come. When you buy each ticket, you will receive a QR code in your email for each ticket. Simply give that code to your gift recipient, so they can use the code when they pick up. Which leads up to the next question...Q: When the time comes for T-Shirt & Token pickups, can friends pick up for friends?A: Yes.*** Friends can pick up T-Shirts & Tokens for friends as long as they have the unused QR code for us to scan at pickups.Q: Do we have to wear this year's Gator Stompin'® T-Shirt in order to get in free to all the participating venues?A: Yes. If you have shirts from previous years, they can be great to wear to class, Gator games, around town, or anywhere else that you would wear a casual Gator T-Shirt, but you will need to wear the Gator Stompin'® 2022 T-Shirt in order to get in free to all the participating venues for Gator Stompin'® 2022.Q: What are Tokens good for?A: Each participating venue will offer at least one 'Featured Item' for only one Token. Some venues may also offer more premium items for more than one Token. Each venue will also offer their regular menus (or a special Gator Stompin'® menu) for cash / card on the night of the event. Some stompers prefer to acquire as many Tokens as possible & try out the Featured Items at each venue. Others prefer to stomp with no Tokens & pay cash / card everywhere on the night of the event. The choice is up to each individual stomper.Q: What happened to Gator Stompin'® 2020 & Gator Stompin'® 2021?A: Due to uncertainty whether it would be both legal and safe to hold Gator Stompin'® 2020 on our originally scheduled date in 2020, and due to uncertainty whether it would be both legal and safe to hold Gator Stompin'® 2021 on our scheduled date in 2021, we were forced to postpone the event to become Gator Stompin'® 2022, which will be held on April 28, 2022 in order to coincide with the end of Spring 2022 semester. To understand what that means for individual ticket-holders, please read the answer to the next question.Q: What is the refund policy for this event?A: Our original refund policy for this event WAS the following: "This event takes place rain or shine, and there are no refunds for this event for any reason."However, due to the fact that both "Gator Stompin'® 2020" and "Gator Stompin'® 2021" were postponed to become "Gator Stompin'® 2022" on our new date (April 28, 2022), all ticket-holders have an option to either let their ticket apply for the new date OR request a refund, as long as you do so on or before October 1, 2021. If you purchased your ticket for Gator Stompin'® 2020 or Gator Stompin'® 2021 and you would like to use your ticket for Gator Stompin'® 2022, you don't need to take any action. Simply stay posted to the Gator Stompin'® 2022 facebook event to be notified of the dates and times of T-Shirt & Token pickups in April 2022. Note that if you purchased an "EARLY PICKUP ONLY" option, please note that the new early pickup deadline will be on 4/21/22. This means the following will apply:"EARLY PICKUP ONLY means this ticket has a discounted price under pretenses that you must pick up your t-shirt at one of the designated early pickups, on or before 4/21/22. If you don't pick up at one of the designated early pickups, on or before 4/21/22, there will be an additional charge to pick up your t-shirt on one of the later pick-up dates."If you purchased your ticket for Gator Stompin'® 2020 or Gator Stompin'® 2021 and you would like a refund, you must request this refund on or before October 1, 2021. If you don't request a refund on or before October 1, 2021, your ticket that was originally intended for Gator Stompin'® 2020 or Gator Stompin'® 2021 will automatically become a non-refundable ticket for Gator Stompin'® 2022.Beginning on October 2, 2021, our refund policy will revert back to our original policy:"This event takes place rain or shine, and there are no refunds for this event for any reason."*The overall event is 18+ to attend, 21+ to drink, but some individual venues may choose to be 21+ to attend.**All options are available as gifts EXCEPT Taurus Birthday General Admission T-Shirts. This option is not available as a gift and is not transferable for any reason.***Friends can pick up for friends as long as they have the unused QR code, EXCEPT for Taurus Birthday General Admission T-Shirts. Friends cannot pick up for friends for this option for any reason.Birthdays / Questions :: Text (Don't Call) 352.214.9324.
