If you can't get your ticket printed, you can bring your cell phone and show us your ticket via this method.
If a show is rescheduled or postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event. Refunds will not be given.

No. There are two concession stands and two bars located inside the event, along with a great restaurant in the adjoining hotel! You are encouraged to hydrate though, and complimentary water bottle filling stations are available in the convention!

No. Prop weapons that are tagged by our security team are ok but real weapons are not authorized in the Mesa Convention Center. Clear bags are not required but all items are subject to search by security.
