<p>The Greater Atlantic Regional Stranding Conference (GARSCON) is back! Join us in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, for our first in-person gathering since 2019. MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18

This meeting is for consortium members only. The GARS Consortium will kick off GARSCON '23 with a half-day business meeting. Refreshments and snacks included.

The icebreaker event will be held at Dogfish Head Brewery in nearby Milton, Delaware.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19

Please note that these sessions are for permit holder organizations and government officials only. These sessions will focus on issues related to sea turtle and marine mammal strandings, data collection, permitting, and conservation.

Sea Turtle & Marine Mammal Stakeholder Sessions ($50)

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 

A day-long immersion into scientific presentations offered by stranding network personnel, researchers, veterinarians and others involved in the marine sciences.

Scientific Presentations ($40)

This year's banquet will be held at Salero in Rehoboth Beach, just a quick walk along the boardwalk from the conference venue.

GARSCON Banquet ($85)

This is a half-day workshop focused on training network partners in oil spill response for marine mammals and sea turtles. *Please note that today's workshops will be occurring simultaneously; attendees may only register for one.
