Welcome to the Garlic Mustard Feast, brought to you by The Sludge Hub! The feast will be held at our beautiful woodland location along the banks of the mighty Potomac River and above the gorgeous Abrams Creek. You'll get to forage garlic mustard, process the ingredients, and then eat delicious dishes prepared by our cooks. You'll also have the chance to participate in the expo where you'll use your creativity and culinary skills to create a dish that is both delicious and environmentally friendly. Favorite dishes will earn the ultimate honor of being added to the Chef’s garlic mustard menu.
